Promised, the last Christmas pictures! But my Mom wanted a picture of the kids with their hats and we never got around..so, O-i, this one is for you! By the way, Jonah says: 'Cheese'

This is what this part of Colorado looked last Friday...most of the snow is already gone, yeah!

Olivia and Jonah sleeping now in his room, so that we can use Olivia's room, what is much bigger, as a playroom...well, not too much play up there!
Jonah does very well in his little toddler bed while Olivia sleeps in his bed...Olivia 'decorated' the space over the bed to her own taste...

Ok, here the story:
When we put the kids into bed, in the beginning neither one of them felt really sleepy and shut their eyes right away. We heard them talking quite a bit through the baby phone and sometimes they would just come down and let us know the most silliest stuff. Just so that they could come down. Sometimes, Olivia got really tired and stayed in her bed while Jonah was coming down on his own, just sitting quietly on the bottom of the stairs (mostly because he pooped and tried to get attention of one of us to give him a fresh diaper). So we changed his diape and sent him back to bed.
Then he came down again and with a slightly more angry voice we told him to get back into bed, without bringing him upstairs. Usually, we would find him sleeping in his bed 30 min later.
But not this time. I was on the couch watching TV and I saw him coming down again. I can look through the fireplace and am only able to see up to his belly button, becoming REALLY angry and needed to swallow my laughter when he appeared with a cotton bag on his head...

I mean, how can you stay mad if you see something like this?

Oh, and O-i, your nice cozy warm outfits fit both of them! Thank you so much, the kids love them!

So, and what would Christmas pictures be without Christmassy dogs? Quincy, we still miss you!

I love that paint color Marion...and yes...who could laugh at that "hat" Jonah made himself. Too funny. Those are the things you will recall later on when they are bigger and laugh about. The things you can tell their kids one day!
