Wow, what a nice house, its big! Are you putting an offer on it contingent on the sale of yours? Any interest in yours yet??
Hi Jenny, yes, contingent up on our sale of our house. But we are already under contract and the buyers said they won't back out just because of the inspection that just happened. Move out date here is July 23rd! It will be so much closer to Chris' work!
